Former Governor of Vermont Howard Dean and former Deputy Chief of Staff President George W. Bush, Karl Rove took the stage at the University of Albany to debate issues of healthcare to issues in the Middle East. Both took a strong positions on how each party will fair during the upcoming elections in November.
