Bob Culver from Avoca New York, passed away July 13, 2009 from his battle with cancer. I met with Culver on Memorial Day weekend when he got to live out his last dream at Watkins Glen International Speedway. His words of hope will live on.

Wrote press releases and blogs published by Department of Defense, Department of the Navy, Aus Ministry of Defense, and circulated to international publications.

Assigned to a “Day in the Life” series, a monthly print and multimedia slide show. Also covered a variety of sporting events, from local high school football to college hockey to professional racing at Watkins Glen International Racetrack. Covered the G-20 summit in fall 2009.
